School Day Trip Ideas
What are some ideas of activities for school children participating in summer day camp?
This will be for a small town, as museums, amusement parks, etc are out of the question. Some tours will be offered to the municipal swimming pool, library and the station fire, but I need ideas for indoor activities outside the normal range of colors and craftsmanship. The program is called "Safarri" although necessarly not belonging to the animals, only the adventure.
1. I Spy Safari …. where hides stuffed animals or animal cuts around a park or garden and let the kids are. 2. Give each child an outline of a horse … help them make their own zebras … Moon, glitter, stars and stripes, etc. 3. Happy Hyenas … let them run down and eat their own antelope or gazelle. Fun and Fitness.
