How I can change to Homeschooling in high school?

To summarize what I really want to be educated at home because my school is not working for me. Almost all my teachers are treating me unfairly and school administrators can not help me with one thing that interferes with my schedule. I talked to many people in my school to see if I could get my box changed, since it is impossible to get my books and get to class on time, and all said they could not and had to deal with it. I explained that this will make me fail the course but all had another way of saying Sucks to be you, go and choose class you want to fail because it will fail one of them. I have many things I could explain to give an example, but I think it is unnecessary. I know how I can leave my terrible school and enter a program of home education that is affordable, but allows me to enter a decent school. Can someone help guide me in the direction correct?
