How teachers can connect effectively with students and families, maintaining professionalism
The relationship between teachers, students and families is essential for establishing effective linkages. Teachers are mentors who shape the characters of their students with the help of families and prepare for the adults in society who are willing to contribute positively and succeed. To build this relationship, teachers are required to demonstrate the professionalism and establish themselves as leaders in the classroom to earn the respect of his students. However, they are also required to show their human side, and to make students feel that their teacher as a second father.
